Background

Salesforce Certified Administrator with 5+ years on the platform across commercial operations and corporate IT, and 15+ years in technical, customer-facing work.Most recently Senior Salesforce Admin at a $4B AI healthcare technology company, where I supported 150+ users, built and maintained 200+ automations, managed GTM tool integrations, and set up data access controls.Started as an individual contributor and was promoted into a senior role, where I also managed a direct report.
